A personal textile project inspired by professional sumo wrestler Ōshōma Degi. The design draws on his shikona ring name and Mongolian heritage through playful equestrian motifs and Japanese florals.

Pale blue silk scarf featuring an illustrated portrait of sumo wrestler Ōshōma with chrysanthemums and horseshoe motifs, alongside Ōshōma himself holding the finished scarf in Japan.

Designed as a lightweight spring accessory, the scarf was produced in two colourways, pale yellow and sky blue, and printed in the UK on 100% mulberry silk habotai.
